The estate spans 32 hectares, with 28 hectares planted to vines. Nestled in the scenic Colline Teatine, I Fauri boasts 14 unique vineyard plots spread across six municipalities: Chieti, Francavilla al Mare, Miglianico, Ari, Bucchianico, and Villamagna.
